Complete the engagement letter and questionnaire and we will provide the template to you via email within 1-2 business days.

Steps:

1.​ Accept Adobe's Terms at the bottom of the form before completing;

2. Fill out the form;

3. Confirm email address with Adobe (Adobe will send you a separate email);

4. Harding Law will provide the template to you in 1-2 business days for you to take to a notary of your choosing.
